Kungfu Cyborg is the latest offering from Cine Asia (www.cineasia.com.au - "dedicated to bring big screen, big budget Asian movies to Australian cinema goers on the same day and date as they are released in Hong Kong and China"). For the first week of its release, you can buy 2 tickets for the price of 1 with the voucher available from the Cine Asia website.

The movie will be showing at the following cienmas from 20/8/09:
Sydney: Event Cinemas George St Sydney, Greater Union Hurstville, Greater Union Macquarie Centre.
Melbourne: Greater Union Cinema Russell St Melbourne, Village Cinemas Century City and Sunshine
Brisbane: Birch Carroll & Coyle Cinemas Garden City Cinemas Mt Gravatt.

    Crap movie or not, 2 for 1 is still a bargain, this is ozbargain, not ozmoviereviews.
    Then again, if you havent seen the movie then you cant really say.

  Georgedn may have a point and he is entitled to his opinion. If the movie is crap, who would want to pay for it even if it is BOGOF?

  But I agree, the vote may have been a little premature. The trailer looks ok but there's no reviews around yet as far as I could see after a quick google. (Oh, and it's obviously subtitled and not everyone enjoys subtitled movies).

  i still reckon this classifies as a bargain/coupon to some so i positive.

  Reasoning: people who are going to see this movie in the cinema regardless can save money. You cant use this same argue if you werent going to watch obviously.

  Reasoning #2: Not everyone buys everything thats everything on ozbargain. But we can still reason its a good deal for people who will have a use out it. Eg Hectic bowling on sale for $1. Try giving that to Marge on her Birthday :)
