Enjoy a Free Delice with Any Lindt Hot Chocolate (Chadstone - Melbourne)

220

At Chadstone's fabulous new Lindt Cafe, on the lower level near the new escalators, enjoy a free Delice with any Lindt Hot Chocolate.

I think it will be one of the 50 new stores to open on August 19

  • Nice find!

Although I admit at first I was under the impression that Lindt was offering to take care of your arthropod based head-hygine problems while you enjoyed a nice hot chocolate.

Lindt clearly needs to have a talk to someone in the marketing dept regarding the naming of this particular choccy delight …

    • Come for the hot chocolate, stay for the delousing :)

      • Touche! Maybe the two models in the photo are going to be their first customers. They look like they're sporting louse condos.

      • ah… i'm having images of 2 girls (or guys) standing behind picking and eating ala ape style… while you are sipping your cocoa fix… lol

    • Haha. That's exactly what I thought when I first read it.

  • Perhaps the description should note that it is valid until August 31 (as shown on the website).

    • The expiry date is shown under the "food & grocery" category.

      • Oops, guess I missed that, thanks :P

  • Lindt hot chocolates are really not that good, i wouldn't go out of my way to get one.
You are served a jug of hot milk and a small jug of melted chocolate and you then mix them together yourself.

A much better hot chocolate can be purchased from Coco Black http://www.kokoblack.com/
As you drink further into the cup the milk gets thicker and richer, boy are they good!

  • I went to Sydney recently and tried some of Lindt's macaroons … I mean Delice :P

Light, fluffy and very nicely a little chewy at the centre with surprisingly full, delicious flavours … :) :) :)
Personally I prefer hazelnut, pistacchio and chocolate; blackcurrant was really nice too …
    Champagne … I couldn't really taste :P

Thought on the Delice if you are getting some

I know someone who got some, one time, that were prepacked … I think they'd been there maybe a while, dried out and were nice but nothing special.

I tried most of the different flavours with a friend. Most we really liked, a few we couldn't taste the flavour in them (but I can't remember which ones) …

I picked out individual ones with a friend, when we were at the store. Individual ones were really good. :) :) :) (that little bit of chewiness and the flavours were a little more intense / present )

    -> Anthony
I do like Kokoblack … I haven't tried the Lindt hot chocolate yet … :)

  • I just realized what you guys were talking about :P

    Ewww De-Lice :P :P :P

I just kept reading it as the first part of Delicious :P
It looked different on their marketing pamphlet, being in italics and with lots of glossy promotion :)

    • I'm sure that's what they want you to see when you read Delice but clearly I'm just a sick and twisted puppy.

  • My partner and I went to Chadstone and had a dark hot chocolate yesterday. I asked about this promotion and the waiter said the offer isn't on anymore :(
