Received in email from digiDIRECT, and thought that it may be worth sharing since prices have gone up in the last Sony a7 deal by BeanCounter from CameraPro: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/156387

According to the above webpage, the prices are: Sony A7 $1,048 / Sony A7R $1,489 / Sony A7S $1,935 after Cashback. However I noticed that the email states that the offer is "in-store only", so there may be further price reduction if you go in store — could someone clarify that?

Update—Thanks to keez12 (1st comment), Syd store confirmed the online price is the final price in store as well.

    When I called to Sydney store, the staff told me $1489 is the final price after $300 off & cashback promotion.
    I guess they have already reduced online price accoring to email only promotion.

        I've price match via their website form and in store.
        No problems, as long as it's Australian stock they seem to match it.

        The only bad thing about the website form was that the stock had to come from their online store (even though the store has the stock in hand), it took around 4 business days.

    Just be aware that the Melbourne store is backordered when I placed an order yesterday afternooish. They don't expect stock till 20th August at the earliest and, had to pay a 50% deposit to reserve an A7, which was a bit excessive I thought.

    Just wondering if any of you who placed an order 12/8 have received their cameras. I am still waiting on stock of a Sony A7.
