Ok, a couple of counter arguments for the 'free out of a tap' comments:
Taste - not everyone likes the taste of tap water
Portability - I've seen some pretty long garden hoses, but still hard to take the tap on a panic, to the football, etc.
Anywhere around the $5 a slab is a good price, but icehouse for $5.50 at Coles for 24bottles is slightly better this week.
