This is a pretty good deal at Myer as in Target's toy sale they are selling it for $89. But if you take the Myer sales flyer to Target (is a one page flyer normally at the top and bottom of the Myer escalators) they will price match it to $39 and give you a $10 gift card (they let me use the gift card on the same purchase so it really did only cost me $29). The staff don't seem to know about the $10 gift card (is on page 2 of the Target catalogue - they will price match it and give you a bonus $10 gift card) so you'll have to 'inform' them.

In the same Myer flyer they have the LaLa Loopsy doll for $19.95 which is $25 at Target. I grabbed a couple of Myer flyers and did the price match in different times so I essentially got $10 off the cheapest price (one time they didn't let me use the $10 gift card in the same transaction)

    Myer toy catalogue has it advertised at $49 so bringing that in isn't gonna work.

    Will target match online prices?

    The link I have shows $39. The catalogue is a single Page flyer which can be picked up in store. In not home so can't scan flyer right now. Don't know what you were looking at.

    Thanks OP.. I got one. I printed your flyer and took that in and said I picked it up from Myers.

    Was there for over 30 minutes, first speaking to the checkout chick, who call the supervisor.

    Supervisor refused saying the item has to be in their catalogue, after I argued (politely) and asked them to show me, they then said it has to be advertised by them. I still argued and said it said nothing of the sort.

    Manager came. same story. Same argument. He said he can see my point and says they might of changed the rules. he call up someone else and came back and said they would match it and gave me the $10 gift card.
    No chance of using the gift card right away..

      which means that many stores might refuse this…

      don't think i want to waste 30 mins arguing in a store for $10

    Got this done. Picked up one flyer from myer and went to target.
    Got it for 29 (Used the gift card for same purchase).

    No questioned asked. No Arguments (The person in the counter discussed with his supervisor and agreed to offer)

    They are now changing the price to match the Myer's.
