Update 1 : As many of you already predicted, Dick Smiths actually raised prices, so now PS4 is $503.95($499+$4.95 for shipping) and Xbox One(XboxOne 500GB TitanFall Console Bundle) is $602.95.

After the 20% discount(it applies to the shipping fee as well), PS4 should be $403.16 and Xbox One(XboxOne 500GB TitanFall Console Bundle) should be $482.36.

Update 2 : You might want to check out Kogan Ebay store. They are selling phones & tablets(including iphones and Galaxy S5) under Toy section, so the 20% discount should be applied to those phones & tablets. Plus, it seems like Kogan listed Xbox One on their store as well, but it is same price as what DSE is selling at the moment($498, after the discout $398.4 thanks arena sales).

Update 3 : By the way, I would recommend you guys to keep your eyes on Ebay Group deal. If my memory serves me right, last time Apple MacBook Air 11" 128GB was only $500 after the 20% discount. Hopefully, some similar deals are available on 21/07/2014

    Hi, has anyone been able to get Kogan to fulfill a Sony Xperia Z1compact that was purchased through this toy sale?
    I purchased a Sony Xperia Z1 Compact during this sale and today Kogan sent me an email saying that "due to supply shortage" they cannot fulfill the transaction and told me to choose another phone + pay extra or refund.
    Apparently they are lying as I just checked their ebay site the same phone is still on sale but at $571 (on 20 July it was listed as $451 and with the 15% discount it became $360).

    What else can I do? Complain to Ebay or complain to Consumer Affairs?

    P.S. I've made screen shots of all my dealings with Kogan.

      If not, just get in touch with Kogan and ask for a refund or a deal/free upgrade on a better phone. If they're not interested in meeting you halfway, then take it further.

    Will Kogan refund the $360 meaning they get to keep the $90 credit from eBay?

    Similarly, if they offer you a credit is it for $451 (original price) or $360 (discounted price)?

      When I refunded something from a eBay sale through TGG, they refunded it through PayPal so you get what you paid (the discounted price). It depends how Kogan refund.

      It's in the T&C's that you forfeit the discount if you refund
      "In the event you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using this discount, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you. "

        Thanks guys. I sent back my demand telling them to fulfill the contract. So far I have not heard a thing today. Maybe they are sleeping at the wheel, who knows.

        I am fully aware that if I get the refund it will just be $360. This really sucks as this is not the first time I got sting by Kogan on their "sales". Last time I bought a lens from them that they advertised wrongly and they replied saying they got the price wrong and canceled the sale. This time, they are lying and there is a difference.

      Think that's the Korean version of the phone. Saw it mentioned somewhere that the Korean version comes with the spare battery and charger.

      My case and tempered glass screen protector arrived today (ordered from HK on the 20th). My G Pro 2 should be here tomorrow. The case has shown me just how big this thing is going to be… love it! Enjoy your new toy :)
