  it looks like a rugged phone. is it really a rugged phone? which IP level?
  if it is a really rugged phone, then it's probably a bargain. If not, better grab other phones from Coles

    For $29 dollars it's probably IP negative.

    There are fairly cheap, IP 67 ruggedised phones that don't run into the hundreds of dollars like the very hard-to-find Sonims (which are distinctly designed for the American market; but do confer you epic bragging rights for being one of the few phones to survive an episode of "Will it Blend?").

    The Aspera R12 is about as cheap as you'll find a "tradie-style", IP67 ruggedised phone for, in Australia, that compares to a Sonim. See here and here.

    There are more pedestrian, less ruggedised models from Samsung too that strike a balance between form factor/style and durability; this and this.

    And then more expensive, ruggedised smartphones, which you can see here.
