Just found this on Tigerair's Facebook page. Great fares to the Gold Coast for 2015.

Tested some dates and there's plenty of seats right across February & March. Good Luck.

Pay with an Australian issued MasterCard debit card to avoid the $8.50 booking & service fee.

      Dammit… There's always a catch… :(

      • At that time of the year you want to fly Nth to cold down.

      • Could be worse…

Latest deals: from Adelaide.. to Melbourne

        :-(

  • Aah.. Those flights dates are way too far to plan ahead… And if you need to change times/dates.. there's a $80 fee.

  • Are tiger worth it?

    • you are provided with one way fares on the assumption that you will never use them again! Does this answer the question?

They are fine. Imagine the cost of flights if they weren't around!

Remember Virgin own a large stake in Tiger now to run a two prong attack against QF / JQ. We find they are fine. Some drongos are blamging them for delays in / out of BNE, but all carriers are getting snagged there.

PS. To avoid fees - use a AU mastercard debit card.

Don't have one? Easy fixed! Go to Woolies or Big W and buy a prepaid Mastercard for $3.95. Put enough funds on it to cover the flights you want to buy and use it. Saves $8 odd per person per leg.

    • THANKS @bigspike, I've paid the surcharge every time I fly, never knew it was that easy to get a prepaid Mastercard. Legend!!!!

      • Cheers, Freo.

You are putting in a lot of effort to be away from your wife and daughter. Don't you like them?

This trip is with the wife.

Thought we'd better go somewhere together. Maybe oz bargain saves my marriage, and saves me money in the long run.
