I just emailed them because there has been no postage of the item and this was the reply:
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your order of the White Pioneer Street Move Dynamic Headphones SEMJ511W (A 5094). Unfortunately due to stock constraints we are unable to supply your order.
We will however be able to replace your order with the Blue Philips CitiScape Shibuya Headphones SHL5205BL (C 3501).
All replacement orders will be despatched on Friday 11th July 2014.
