Requires WP8.1 before you can "buy". Most WP devices are not using WP8.1 :-(

    I do not want to (1) be a guinea pig, (2) register for a developer account, (3) use beta OS on my business phone, (4) put up with bugs and wait for a fix, (5) delete my apps for temporary storage space and restore them later, (6) wait up to 2 hours for the upgrade process, just to be able to "buy" this app.
    
    You CANNOT REVERT to WP8 once you have taken the preview. Too much risks for a biz phone.

    WP8.1 is starting to be rolled out to the public now, so I wouldn't bother doing the developer preview at this stage.

WP8.1 on Nokia 520 has gone through many updates, it is so much better now. Upgrade process does not take up 2 hours.
