Same as this previous deal however I believe it was increased to $19.99 during that time. However now they reverted to the previous deal for free as well as the option to donate to their adopted charity - Child's Play.

    I still have the last version on my hard drive. Never installed. It was only 11.6MB though.

  I downloaded this last time only because it was free and worth something. Never bothered installing it :P

  Good to see they're doing this for charity though.

  You obviously need decent speakers to get proper use out of this. It's nothing spectacular but the EQ and bass booster definitely makes a difference so I can vouch for it

    It is actually meant to be used with headphones. I thought it wasn't bad and it did actually sound pretty good when listening to movies that have multi channel audio.

    Most games already do something similar as this software when you set it to headphone in the options for the game.

    It will never be as good as a true multi channel speaker system obviously as its emulated surround sound.

  It just makes sound to be more stereoscopic. way worse than 7.1 surround.
