    Are they OK?

    They do the job if you don't have any. Just be VERY careful with installation - use a rubber mallet or whatever around the edges, to put them on. Hubby (I guess didn't read the instructions and) cracked one putting it on by hand and using thumb pressure to get it to click on. When I mentioned it at the store they said they have a lot returned for just that reason.
