hey guys, i just picked mine up from bundaberg, they gave a free dimora caffe coffee essentials pack which included a pod stand, barista book and travel mug. they said it's because next week is some international coffee week and that it's a promotion.. just wondering if others have got this given to them too?

Went to HN QV earlier today and they had the Inissia in stock. Ended up getting the Citiz instead for $179 after cashback and eftpos card.
Bought 2 yesterday and already on being posted now. I just check on HN website today and now it aays somethg about eftpos card limit to one per customer only. Hope i'll get 2 instead since i cant see that notification yesterday (it wasnt there)
Went to HN QV around 4pm. They said it is sold out, but the sales person said that I should buy since it is only $69.. And I am like huh?
Ticketed price was $198 but salesperson said it is actually $189 and you get 120 (60+60) cashback.
Anyway, I order one for $189 with receipt showing that I can get $60 cashback + $60 EFTPOS card.
There were like 5-6 ppl buying it even around 4:20

Why do you need to sell your old one? Was it broken or deteriorating? If you sold it for $69 all you've done is replace your old unit with a new one. Was it having problems?
No, it works perfectly. It's an older model which will have problems later. That's how I am justifying myself anyway. And ozbargain is quite good at making me buy things that I already have or don't need…

Picked up my coffee machine yesterday and after some research I have ordered the 'Indian' pods from coffee capsule delights- $44.95 for 100. If it's anything like the pure South Indian coffee that I have had all my life, I will be very very happy.
Ordered early Friday for delivery, no update yet. Gonna be pretty miffed if they don't honour the eftpos card.
Unhappy. I didn't received the $60 EFTPOS gift card when I received delivery of the Breville machine today. It was clearly stated in HN Tax Invoice that there is a $60 EFTPOS (from HN) card and a $60 cashback (which I need to submit for Nespresso to claim for redeemption).
I was wondering if they were going to honour it - it clearly says in the description and T&Cs that it's still valid for home delivery though, otherwise I would have just picked up from store. Let us know what they do about it!
I still didn't get my machine yet as the order is still "processing". I spoke with the HN rep online and they said the eftpos card should come with the machine because we purchased it in the promotion period.

My EFTPOS card was in a small plastic pouch attached to the box. Hopefully you checked the box.
I only picked up my machine today and it was available for pickup only today. So yes, HN is honouring the EFTPOS deal.

Made online purchase on the 3rd and received today with the eftpos card. However the receipt has someone else's details on it, meaning someone else has a receipt with my details, will be contacting HN regarding this for privacy concerns, really not happy about this
I received my coffee machine but no sign of the EFTPOS card, contacted the customer service and they said it is supposed to come in the mail separately. Anybody with a similar issue ?
Me too. Still waiting for it. Bought 2. So should get 2 but i saw on Sat it says limited to 1 per customer which wasnt there on friday.
My order is still processing.. i just remembered why I don't buy things from harvey norman. Either out of stock or slow ass service.
It's pretty crap seeing as they definitely knew most of the home delivered ones would be back ordered. I would have just done a store pickup if I had known that.
I followed up on my order and it was shipped yesterday from my nearest store who had stock. If I knew it was going to come from that store, I would have just drove there and picked it up myself. They said delivery can take 5-10 days.. and up to 2 days to process once the store gets the invoice.
Just an update.
Got my machine today via fast courier. The eftpos card was with the machine as told. It was in an envelope stuck on the box of the machine. The machine comes with 12 sample pods of the different flavours.
Anyone heard on when the backordered machines will be shipped?
I ordered it online on Sunday. with local pickup option.
last news I got from them was no ETA. (this was yesterday)

Didn't received the EFTPOS card inside or outside the box upon delivery on 6/5/2014. Still no sign of EFTPOS card although customer service said they would post it and would reach me latest today 9/5/2014.
Bought one from QV on Sunday. No word..
Followed up today and been told that there are about ~50 of them back order from that store alone.
She said no ETA.
Bit worried because I didn't get EFTPOS card or $60 cashback thing and cashback finished next week

They said Breville Aus do not have any stock in Aus. Sold out entirely. They told me to expect another one and half weeks.
Asked them about the cashback ending this week and advised that it is alright as long as I pay in full by this week.
So I paid in full…
Same here. Spoke to customer service over the phone. They said the same thing. They're not getting any stock in until the 20th.
Also reassured me that I'll still be eligible for the cash back and also the $60 debit card.

My local store emailed me last week saying I could swap it for another colour. I sent them an email agreeing to swap but then they never emailed back…

I have been offered color swap before buy declined.. I wanted red one.
i asked that if I could swap and was told it was possible, but i would not get the cashback from Harvey norman, only the nespresso cashback.
so i declined unless they could do the white and the HN cashback.

Received my cashback cheque in the mail last week. Took about 3 weeks all up from the lodgement of claim until the cheque arrived in the mail.
I have picked up my unit, it took nearly 2 months… I finally got it on Friday. Got the eftpos card and claimed the cash back from Nespresso. Hopefully it's worth the wait.
