A $300 annual fee is rather steep. You may want to add some features of the loan, e.g. ability to redraw.

The link to Appliances online is missing the m in .com.au

Also, what described product is valued at $579?

    • I'm guessing it's the Samsung UA40F5000 Series 5 40 inch 101.6cm Full HD LED LCD TV.
The TCL L48B2600F 47.6" 120.9cm Full HD LED LCD TV is $599 though.

UBank offering a $1961 EFTPOS gift card and 4.62% rate at moment.

Seems a much better deal? Minimum $350k and no fees on a variable, including no application/valuation/annual or extra repayments/payout.

    https://www.ubank.com.au/

    • does this apply to refinancing from another bank?

  • Ubank has a much better deal.

  • I'm in the process of moving to ubank.
Missed the $2014 offer by a week!
Loan value $348k so missed the $1900 too, doh! :)

Anyway, I hate the NAB from years ago, they just plain sucked.
I've had uBank before when they were young, and they sucked!
I'm with ANZ now and nearly completed going to uBank, and I must say, they've been great!
    (well I'm not there yet….)

I always get an Aussie when I call.
I even called at 1am on Sunday night…..got an Aussie.
Wait time no more than 2 mins.

I'm not a uBank rep, i hate NAB, but I can't pass up the saving of the low rate.
A new TV and voucher aint gunna cut it sorry :)
I'll save that in a year anyway

    • You do realise that ubank is a division of NAB?

Edit: and also why don't you borrow an additional $2k to get the EFTPOS card, it's literally free money!

      • Yeah, i re-read what i wrote…
I was just trying to show I think they've lifted their game.
I know they're NAB but can't pass on the rate.
