  Just wondering where are/is the approval number(s)? You stated that your LED bulbs were safety approved and legal for sale, supply, and fitting, in Australia. However, you appear to be reticent in supplying any proof for this claim.

      Rep. In a previous post you stated that your LED Bulbs were safe and legal for sale, supply, and fitting in Australia. However, since then you have been ignoring all requests for proof that your claim is truthful.

      Why?

        As you would know - a CE ROHS certificate is not valid for importing, selling, supplying, or installing electrical equipment/items in Australia.

        So, you are now admitting that your previous statement was a lie?

        There are NO AUSTRALIAN SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS for the LED Bulbs you are selling/shipping to Australia? It is NOT LEGAL to import, and to install, these bulbs in Australia? Is this correct?

        but im pretty sure.. from my past experience important stuff (mostly in 40ft containers) your actually responsible for what you bring into the country? its not the sender that needs to do the work?

        In this case the seller/supplier appears to have been misleading OzBargain members (and non-members who view the site) about the items they are selling being compliant to Australian Standards including Safety Standards.
