If you can handle the somewhat arduous process of cutting the meat down, better to buy a dehydrator and hi mountain cure and DIY (professionally made jerky is not better).

Hello LordRichington,

Agree that to some degree homemade jerky is better then the heavily processed/manufactured jerky out there. Our jerky is homemade or as close to homemade as you can get at our production scale.

Everything is hand made from slicing to racking to packing.
We only have natural ingredient in our product. We do not use vegetable protein extract, artificial flavour enhancers and it is all made with love.

we feel the result is a dryer but flavoursome jerky that is enjoyed by many :-)

  The only thing that I have against your jerky is that it is vastly overpriced in nightowl, running at least a couple of dollars more expensive than your already expensive competitors.
