What the hell.
You have to book and pay to attend. But you have to pay to book to attend.
What sheer stupidity.
I agree with your hating of it. I hate it just as much as the "you have to pay a fee to pay your bill". Virgin did that for my plan. I had to pay a fee each month to pay my bill unless I gave them permission to just take the money straight from my account.
Such a pathetic scumbag practice.
