      • i got mine from tmart and it was a knockoff. id rather trust mertline!

  • How long shipping takes? (to Brisbane)

Are there options for express delivery?

    • 2-3 weeks

      • Thank you.
        Too long (((

Meritline dispatches from mainland China, and Tmart from Hong Kong SAR. Would shipping from HK SAR be faster than from Mainland China?

      • I got mine in just over a week.

I ordered mine a month ago with the previous offer and I am still waiting.

        • I got mine from Meritline at just on 2 weeks… Cost was $22.99 USD

        • I got mine from Meritline at just on 2 weeks… Cost was $22.99 USD

          Have you tested it 'out'?

Do you think it is really 10400mAh ?

Can it be easily opened, without damage, in order to check what battery(ies) are inside?

I checked a supposedly 2800mAh iPhone battery case, because it was not performing as well as a 2200mAh one, and it had a 1650mAh battery inside.

        • Still waiting from the last Meritline deal.

  • This is a fantastic battery, but it is big and heavy.

    real or fake?

  • seems like a good price, so i'll get one!

  • Rep… price match tmart? Ill buy one if u do

    • Where? and don't say tmart, because isn't that one a FAKE one?

    • I would not be jumping the gun and being so quick to neg without checking the details. Did you even know that there seem to be different versions of these chargers around ( could be fakes ) with different specs and even other clear markings ( SENSE 4 )? Just compare the different specs. Is $2 +- worth the gamble?

  • Bought one not too long ago.
Charged my HTC one from 0% to Full in about 3.5 hours using USB2:DC5V 2.1A
And also charged my Nexus 7 from 30% to full (not sure in how long probably 5 hours) on the lower amperage.

Still showing 2 bars (sometimes 3) of power out of 4 remaining.

  • Does this battery leak charge if it's not used for a while?

Bought some cheap ones where if you don't use it within a few days, all the charge is gone.

I bought 10000mah via bidding sites and it's 20 (you get it? $20!!), and used it 3 times and it seemed dead after.

Now i m using Sony 7000mah one, well for $129 it is well spent.

  • have anyone tried XiaoMi 10400 mah ?

  • My unit has been charging for over 24hours and it is still only on 3rd LED. Is it meant to be taking this long to recharge?

    • What brand and model are you talking about? As there seem to be fakes around ( even good quality ones ), where did you purchase from please? At as estimated guess, I would say that it depends at what current you are charging it by. Balance between charger and even the cable used. Give it a few hours longer. Use it, try to completely discharge, then fully charge again and check charging time. That should calibrate the battery to max capacity. Below are the specs for the latest Romoss from Meritline

      High Capacity - Long Lasting:
      - Capacity: 10400mAh
      - Type: Lithium ion (Li-Ion)
      - Input Charging Time ~12 hrs
      - Life Cycle > 500 Times
      - Input: DC5V 3A MAX Max
      - Output: USB1:DC5V 1A USB2:DC5V 2.1A

      • I purchased mine recently from Meritline and it is the Romoss Sense 4.
After approximately 30 hours of charging I gave up (still on 3 LEDs).
The input ratings listed on my unit is DC5V 1A rather than 3A…
I used my phone micro USB cable though (charger output 5V 1A), do you think it would make that much of a difference?

FWIW, I bought one of these (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BKVE04A/ref=oh_details_o…) from Amazon and it's great! Dual purpose gadget. Yes, I realise it's more than twice the price and half the battery capacity but it does a whole heap more and quite honestly, I don't need any more capacity. I've got a 64GB SD card loaded with movies for the kids to access in the car on long trips. Battery lasts for ages. Just sayin'.

    • Good alternative for some with extra features from a quality brand. Looking at the price it is more than double if you calculate US>AU$ and add postage. $53.82 + $10.29 shipp = $64.11 Total, almost tripple. If you take up the Amazon.com Rewards Visa Card sign up, that takes $30 off first purchase, could make this a deal.Brings it down to $34.11 shipped. Some people here would also appreciate the double capacity for similar size/weight form factor. Both good, just different :-)

Trying to search whether this one is genuine or fake. Nothing to confirm so far.

Hi rep, I believe you are the one who could answer us. Hope to hear from you!

    • +1

      That's the main question.

    • +1

Got 1 last time and the packageing and booklet has Sense4 on it. Couldn't find any sense4 on the romoss site so i'm of the belief they're fake. Having said that, i'm still yet to test it out as others have reported ok results.
Please enlighten us rep (are these copies)

  • Got one on the last offer. I believe the unit is real capacity as it will charge my phone 4 times. Am very happy with it.

    • Do you mind me asking what model's your phone? I got one with the last offer as well. Everything matches a genuine ROMOSS unit except mine didn't come with a velvet pouch so it might be fake. I have charged and depleted it 3-4 times and just tested the capacity. I think my unit's capacity only comes in at around 6700mAH or less, providing a full charge for an iphone 4, iphone 5, lumia 820 and a 19% charge for an ipad 3.

  • My Tmart order has gone into back order, I wonder when that will be reveived. Wondering if I should cancel that and get this one.

  • As ironhawk911 pointed out on previous deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/139370), what I received from this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/136347)looks exactly like what is meant to look like re original vs fake (received 'original') http://m.aliexpress.com/item/1594738389.html?tracelog=stored…

I have used the battery and gone through over 15 cycles and is still performing.
Product never gets hot, just slightly warm near input. I do wish the device had built in torch. Apart from that I am very happy to find it seems like a real product vs fake. Built quality seems very good.

Again, YMMV. Hope this mini review helps.

  • Some people may receive it faster than others. In my case, it arrived late. I bought on 11 March. Shipped 17 March. Received on 11 April.

  • Still yet to receive mine since buying on the 8th of April. Shocking wait time and customer service is terrible wanting me to follow up on where abouts the item is.

  • mine too, until now not a sign but i already asked for refund instead of resend, i guess a common fraud without tracking sending from China or Honkong, this was my last buying from HOnkong or China

  • Just wondering whether someone has received this item,?

  • Hi tplen1, are you able to advice on how long it took and the quality of the product
    Thanks

    • Can't remember the exact period but it was probably on the higher end of 2-3 weeks. Housemate and I bought one each and they've both been working without issue and seem well built.

      • Thanks, at least its reassuring to hear it works well, I have opted for a re-ship so hopefully I can try it in three weeks when I finally receive it.
