  This is so frustrating….selected from the "free shipping items". On checkout, there is a $6.95 deduction for free shipping, then I still have to choose Toll Direct for $9.09 or Post Parcels $12.70. I have only earrings and necklaces in my cart, no pendants although they are listed on the Specials and Free Shipping section, so how come I still have to pay shipping and handling?

  Tried this about 3 times, and while there is $6.95 deduction, cannot get past the Toll Direct for $9.09, so much for free shipping.

      Yes, I would be happy for you to refund postage, as this item seemed to be definitely included in the free shipping list. I paid via Paypal and I am looking forward to receiving this lovely looking jewellery.
