worth $5 just for Catan. Riptide and Badland are a bonus then ;)

    • Indeed, I actually bought Catan last week for $3.50 after trying the board game.

    • There is no campaign mode in this version of Catan. Should there be?

  • Badlands is a great game on iOS. Vector looks cool as well.

I realise this is an Android only sale, but Justin Case anyone is wanting to search for vector for iOS its called "Vector for iPhone" and "Vector HD" for ipad version.

    • Vector is actually pretty boring. You have to go through the same levels over and over so you can afford the tricks later on.

      • Over 300000 reviewers reckon its good from the looks of the ratings, but not everyone's cup of tea I guess. I don't really play many runners anyway so might bore me a bit after a while too.

That's because it has a free version. People go gaga for any free game.

    • Catan, Vector, Zombie Gunship and Breach and Clear look great.. I've already got Badland and it's excellent too. A very good bundle!

  • These are not downloaded from Google Play are they? They are manual download and then 'install from unknown sources'?

    • That's correct. You can also download the Humble Bundle mobile app:
      https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.humblebund…

      • Doesn't that mean they won't automatically update themselves?

        • I don't believe so cyber. :(

Edit: But using the humble bundle app with inform you when updates are available but will not automatically update them, getting updates provided are only a problem if you install manually and not via the app. I forgot that.

        • You install the Humble App, they won't automatically update themselves but if you open the Humble App you can manage all your Humble Android games there (install, launch, update)

Two problems with the humble bundle app:

          1) It keeps the apk on your device after the install, taking up space in your main memory.
          2) If you delete the apk, it doesn't know what version you have installed, so can't tell you if there are updates available.

Given some of the games are pretty large (e.g. Anomaly 2 is just under 2GB), this can be a major problem. If you want to be notified of updates for each game, you basically have to double the install size by keeping the apk.

I really wish they'd fix this, without having to root and use an app like Link2SD.

Ah…. that is very interesting info, hadnt realised that.

  • Riptide GT 2 is so much fun - seriously worth it just for this bundle. Played on a friends Nexus 7 and loved it.

Kinda wish I had an Android device now :\

    • Buy now, device later :P
