Maybe is was a special offer, maybe you didnt notice the extra .99 or your order was ages ago before they charged the extra .99 (say 2011 ish)

sizing seems rather large on the guide chart? Are they correct? A size small is still 31 inches.
i made the mistake of going with the waist sizing.. S/30 is verrryy tight. do your children a favour and get the next size up
