i dont get it.. i see people constantly whinging about crashes but i can play for 2-3 hours on all maps without a single issue. the only times i do have a problem is when the server crashes and everyone gets kicked out.

I believe if you also click the "Battlefield 4 Premium Giveaway" button at the bottom of this page you should get the shotgun pack as well providing you are logged in and own the premium version. Can anyone confirm?

tried it and the Premium giveaway worked for me… I do have a copy of BF4 Premium though (which is required to get access to the shotgun unlocks… Cheers for the link!
P.S. it should be active now you might have just missed it by a few min as I believe they are 10 hours behind Brisbane time so should have come active around 58min ago… try it again and if you have premium it should now work…

Side not, very impressive for PS4, a system out for ~90 days consistently having the largest player base. Poor MS and their disaster of a new system. Hard to take as a former 360 user since launch, oh well.

Just a thought: I think it's probably worth noting that XBone (and all previous XBoxes for that matter) is a fairly US-centric product, much more so than PlayStation for example. At the time you posted, it was roughly 6am in San Francisco and 9am in New York. These are not peak times for playing video games.

It's now 4pm in San Fran and 7pm in New York - so heading into US primetime, XBone is still trailing the rest and PS4 is still leading, but it's a lot closer than the stats you initially quoted. Note that the 360 is (comparatively) doing a lot better too.
I'm a PC player and have neither XBone or PS4 (and don't intend to in the near future) so I have no horses in this race, just noting that time zones definitely make a difference here.
Also bf 4 standard edition is 50% off, and via mexican origin, its about 20usd after conversion, not sure if this has been posted in ozbargain
