i managed to pick up some real cheap games at jb hifi in leichardt nsw for the 360.

the titles i got were

madden 07 $10
nhl 07 $10
tom clancy triple pack (rainbow 6 vegas, splinter cell double agent, advanced warfighter) $30

other titles as well

nba 07 $10
tiger wood 07 $10

there is the tom clancy triple pack.
you could probably buy 3 games and then trade them for red faction:guerilla with there 3 for free deal.

says the triple pack is out of stock. apparently it was on the catalogue until 30th june (over a week ago).
you said you picked it up/saw it yesterday?
if that's true i might call to see if there's still a copy lying around
