Free Raspberry and Rhubarb Pancake Sandwich When You Subscribe to Pancak Parlour's Emailing List

390

I subscribed to Pancake Parlour's mailing list on their webpage (click link) and I got an e-mail reply from them with the coupon and the picture of the food. Here's what it says:

To redeem this offer, print this page and present to your local Pancake Parlour Restaurant to receive our new Raspberry and Rhubarb!
A Raspberry and Rhubarb compote sandwiched between two buttermilk pancakes served with mascarpone and a dollop of ice-cream
Valid upon presentation of this offer. Valid one per table per visit.
Valid til 20/06/2009.

I think the valid date changes depending on when you subscribe to their list. I put this as a freebie as you only have to subscribe to their mailing list and can unsubscribe anytime you want.

Sign up there and they send you an email with the coupon.

  • Great deal, with only one slight problem - you need to eat alone to take full advantage of it. The offer says : "Valid one per table per visit". 8-)

  • get married?

  • There is a Pancake Parlour in Canberra, in Civic if that helps :-)

  • +1

Just went to get it, and yes, it's best for you to go alone as its "One Voucher per table".
    And it cost $16.10

  • just show the offer?

so i wont be asked to purchase like a drink or something in order to be able to redeem it?
    :)

  • hey bsmksg, can you use it on more than one visit? like reprint them again?

    • +1

You just need to present the email, and they will just staple it to your bill.
There are no serial numbers. So i THINK you can reprint, and yes, you do not need to order anything else. (Though i ordered a drink, so as not to feel bad :P)

      • Do you present the coupon before/after you order?
Does it have to be a full A4 or can I print say 4 copies on 1 sheet and cut one out?

edit: Yes you can and you can bring multiple people with the same voucher, just sit on adjacent tables.

  • Anyone know if this is available at 'Pancakes at Carillion' in Perth? They're not listed on the Pancake Parlour website, yet they use the logo and menu.

Present coupon at time of order (partner and i ordered 1 savoury meal each ($9.90ea) and then handed them the coupon and shared the rhubarb pancake) and seriously, its big enough to share between two. So all up, 3 meals for $20!

Credit should be given where credit is due, and that was the tastiest pancake ive had in years, so do yourself a favour and use the coupon. I ate at Jam Factory (South Yarra, Melb) and its was cooked to perfection!!

so i can go like different days ( mutilple print ) and they wont give me that look when i order like 3rd time? haha, great bargain!

    • I think you can. I would rather go to different outlets in that case.

Yummyest pancake ever! Thank you so much for the voucher. We also had a chocolate pancake which was delicious. $20-$25 for two big pancakes and two drinks = great value.

I took advantage of this last night. Having never eaten at Pancake Parlour before, it's a good idea for them since it bring people like me in the door. Having looked at the menu and the exhorbitant prices, I wouldn't go back though. There is some truly disgusting sounding food on the menu (what insane madman conjured up the idea of bacon, eggs and hollandaise sauce on pancakes!?!?!?) so whilst I had considered being polite and ordering something in addition, I chose to just go with the freebie and shared it with the missus. It was pretty good, though we felt the raspberries overwhelmed the rhubarb, and would have been disappointed to pay $16.10 for what was essentially two pancakes and jam. The price of $0.00 was excellent, so this is an observation only - I gave a positive vote for the deal itself!
