    With pretty pictures on it :) … well they aren't that pretty… but yes, it is a plate, although it is suppose to help with portion control.

    Not just a plate, it's an expensive plate, and an expensive cereal bowl (that works exactly the same as a measuring cup or other similar measuring device would).

  Sorry, but I'm not sure how you could think $23 for a melamine plate was a bargain, regardless of what was printed on it.

    The plates individually are on sale for $11.95. The plate and bowl set is $22.45. They are also available in ceramic for the same price. This is a targeted bargain for the people who are interested in the diet plate. As mentioned they aren't even this cheap on eBay. If there are people who are wanting help with portion sizes this is a bargain.
