Bought some of these during a previous sale. Great quality. Comparable product at Officeworks is $16. Starts Wednesday.

Woolworths
Check the lids on these things and all of the crates. I grabbed 8 last time and as I was leaving noticed that about half were cracked. If they are undamaged, they are good quality.
Contents not included!
Haha, yes!
just wondering, how big is this container?
55 litres
was asking the size, not the capacity
Don't know why this has so many negs, I was wondering about the dimensions as well. If I find any at my Woolworths I will see if they have any measurements on them and if so, post them here.
Usually buy these @ 5 for $28 52l
http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/Furniture/Stor…Please compare like-4-like. Those are much poorer quality, 3L smaller, have no handles and no wheels. Comparable product at Officeworks is $16
If you're not fussy about wheels.
The IKEA 65 ltr is currently $5.99, half price.

Lid is also reduced down to $2

Much better quality…
So 1c cheaper than this deal and an extra 15 lts… (but no wheels)
Ye, but how much are they charging for wheels and handles?
How much are Woolies charging for an extra 10 ltrs Rep ?
Excuse me. Did I neg your deal? I was simply making a reasonable observation for anyone looking for a decent storage tub around the same size. The OW tubs certainly DO have wheels, and they stack very well. Can't comment on the relative quality because I ain't seen the Woolies ones yet but ours do the job and are as strong as you expect or need for these types of things. Handles are good for locking the lid if necessary but not much else apart from that.
The OW tubs certainly DO have wheels
yep…
Features:
Roller Wheels
Stackable
BPA Free
Suitable for the home or officeThe OW tubs also have small indentations for the rollers on the lids. Keeps them nice and snug when stacked. Can't see if the Woolies ones have something similar but their wheels do look the ducks guts in the pic. Customer's choice.
BPA Free, just what I am looking for. Does anyone know if the woolies or IKEAs one is BPA free also?
Ikea one is made of Polypropylene plastic, so it should be BPA free.
Polycarbonate plastics are the ones that might leach BPA.
Do the OW 52L ones have have handles that flip back up to 'lock' or keep the lid in place?
Who made me a store rep??
Congratulations, you have been accepted as a Woolworth's employee.
sockpuppeting ???
lol
No problem if you get commission TA. Anyway keep up the excellent work, you're a deal demon.
Cheers mate. Great to get positive feedback every so often, rather than criticism.
What took so long for the "Store Rep" tag to come out?
I have no idea what I've done. Must be this bloody iPad and fat fingers.
Is that the iPad you got from the OW deal ?
You ask too many questions.
TA wouldn't pay that much. More likely the ipad from this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/126128
Almost right u1. In fact I paid nothing for it. Work is kind enough to supply :)
so you work for Apple…..too!
Bunnings have the 50 litre ones for $5.98 at the moment
The advantage is that you can get more later to match, which means you can stack them properly
The advantage is that you can get more later to match
I find that Bunnings change manufacturer and style very often, so there's a good chance they'll be slightly different in a year or so…
I have been purchasing the exact same ones at Bunnings for 4-5 years, so the chances are that they will continue to stock them. They are Auctralian Made too, so you will be able to source them elsewhere if Bunnings decides to give them the flick…
http://www.bunnings.com.au/award-50l-pack-n-stack-storage-co…
As I said, currently on special for $5.98
Since Woolworths doesn't normally stock storage tubs at all, the chances of getting matching ones in future is approximately ZERO.
website says $8.98, may be depending on each store
Went to Bunnings Seven Hills the other day specifically to buy these 50L ones, but when I got there they were all cleared out, they said it was going to be weeks before they get more stock in…\
Only had stacks of 35L ones left.
I remember begrudgingly looking at these when the Sistemas were ozbargained out. Haven't bought one, but from memory the plastic seemed flimsy and crack prone compared to Sistemas. I could be wrong though - could anyone correct me? Am deciding between these or driving down to the Dandenong factory.
Correct. The Sistema ones are worth the money. I bought 2 when they were half price. I remember comparing them to the home collection brand and thought that they were rubbish compared to Sistema.
Thanks easternculture. I was thinking the Sistemas will be worth the money in the long run if I ever plan to relocate and throw all my stuff into a shipping container. Guess these homebrand ones would be fine for storing clothes and linen, maybe I'll grab a couple for those exclusively.
Do you two mean the Starmaid deal for ~50L tubs from Woolworths from last year?
Don't think Sistema make large tubs.Yes Starmaid is what we meant. Sorry was confusing their name with the lunch box company.
Just what i need to store all my free bargains.
Reject shop has this 55 ltr ones for only $6 includong lead.. they also have 88 ltr for $8.. they are good quality built..
http://catalogue.rejectshop.com.au/offer/storage-boxes-carto…Clicking on the 88L it shows $12.
Which store?
