    To run electronics requires they say) an "inverter generator"

    The BlackRidge product family card shows 2 such gennies:

    Very costly (ie per Watt): 800 watt

    Somewhat less costly / W): 1700 watt (AU $849)

    The $149 model uses 1 Liter of [ petrol + oil] fuel per Hour.

    (The Inverer Generators have 4-stroke engines, no need to mix oil & petrol; do their 2-stroke models mix for you? dunno :-/

    PS They all seem to have non-standard 240 v AC power points

    if so you might want to take a look at the tool boxes with tools at repco lately. they have been quite well priced and from what ive used mine so far quite decent quality

    It was on sale the previous couple of weeks for $199 which worked out better than the 20% off this weekend for $240. The regular price of $299 is still the same.

    Bollocks, they don't increase their prices at all for the weekend.

    As was pointed out it was previously on sale for $199 which is why you saw that in the google cache, why don't you check other items and you will see that the prices have not increased and compare those that are discounted with their previous catalogues.

      Ahh mate it clearly says sale ends on the 16th when I looked on Friday on the live site. I only went to google cache as that is how to view previous pages mate! So I was asking why did it go up for the weekend when it said $199 till the 16th.
