How reliable is click and collect with DSE, will the actually keep the stock for me or am I better off going to the store now?
I know some products are kept on the shelf or cabinet etc with a 'reserved' note on it.
Pretty reliable. I can still count the number of fiascos on one hand.
Their click and collect is not very reliable. I tried it once at my local DSE store. Got an sms confirming my order was ready for pickup at my designated store but when I got there, the guys at the counter had no idea and there was no record of my order in their system. They had to search for the item I was looking for and found one in the back. So not a good experience IMHO. YMMV.
