We'll never stop, stop, stop till we're top, top, top…
Oh right, we were top thus now we've stopped.

        • And we're back top, top, top again

          Worst song in the AFL!

Thankfully, it's not played very often

        • Just 'cause you come from the state of footy…

        • +1

I'm puzzled about this new state of Alice Springs…
Seriously, is there no KFC in Darwin? …or anywhere else in NT?

        • I would assume that only stores that are franchises of YUM Foods, are included in these vouchers.

Most QLD and NT store are franchises of Collins Foods, while some in WA and NT are franchises of Competitive Foods. Each of these has their own offers.

In short, the Alice Springs KFC is probably the only YUM store in the Territory.

  • Wait a second, why does the first 'Cheap as Chips' meal claim a saving of $13 dollars, and yet the second and IDENTICAL 'cheap as chips' meal claim a saving of 'over $25 dollars?'?

    • +2

provided you order one "Cheap ad Chips" meal and the other 4 value meals. Total saving up to $25

    • -1

The second deal claims a savings of 25%, not $25.

      Working backwards, 24.95 / 0.75 = 33.27, therefore savings = 33.27 - 24.95 = $8.32

I suspect they have stated it as a %, because 25% sounds better than $8.32

Also, FYI, The two cheap as chips meals contain different items, so they are not identical.

      • Hate to interrupt your maths moment, but you're looking at the wrong meal. Look on the second page, top left corner. It says save $25.

        • Fair enough, my bad. in which case, sydozbargain0000 has summed it up correctly. It's the total savings of all deals on the second page.

    Once again, Queensland gets screwed.

I say it's time to move state. I'll vote with my feet!

Be thankful you don't have an opportunity to waste your money on this crappy food though.

Do they only accept printed version of the vouchers or can I just show them on my phone?

    • Some mobs accept it off the phone

    • +1

I just showed them on my phone in sydney CBD .

    • +2

You can usually ask for these deals by name, even without the coupon, even outside of the supposed promo period, and still get them. I've ordered the double combo deal about 10 times without a voucher and they've happily given it to me each time.

    • +1

I just show them my tablet. Don't even need the internet while at the shops, I just download the coupons at home and save them in an ebook reading app and open it when I get there.

It works at both Fountain Gate food court KFC and Narre Warren KFC (next to the police station).

  • Do the maggots come free? or are they an off the menu extra

    • mmm moar protein!

    • oh GROSS!!!

  • rumour has it 9 for $9.95 Tuesdays is back!

  • +1

Thanks! I usually go there on break

  • So will it be ok if I just print this off and hand it in, do you think theyll want an original and same goes for the Hungry Jacks vouchers recently posted too. I just would hate to take it in and there'd be issues

    • +1

It should be fine, I work at KFC in perth and we always take printed coupons, the only time they wouldn't be accepted would be if you got served by a really stuck up manager, otherwise we don't care. Can't say for HJ's.

    • Thanks heaps for that, I feel a bit better about taking it in now. And hope I dont get a stuck up manager :D Thanks :)

      • It all depends on who you get. The HJ in Nerang usually don't even ask for the voucher or the phone (check in and win) when going through the drive through. Every now and then one will.

    • Don't take it to KFC Ferntree Gully (VIC). They DO NOT ACCEPT printed vouchers.
Last time I took one there, they literally said:

      "This does not look legitimate".

The manager must be a stuck up a-hole, so I left - and haven't ever been back.

  • Just went to KFC Marion with my free thongs yum yum $6.95 burger combo

  • can you get one large?

    • Yes +$2

  • +1

nice, one, cheap lunch feeds when a bit of grease is in order, thanks OP

  • Just went through the drive-thru with my girlfriend and we wanted 2 of the Double meals, simply asked if they knew the voucher and they were all "Yep, two? Okay." - then didn't even ask to see the voucher at the window!
