If your item is under 1000 and the form is conveniently available, you can fill it up and put the receipt in a box near the trs.This in Sydney intl airport, btw.
Other usual rules apply, such as receipt within 60 days and possibly if name on receipt applicable, it needs to match the passenger name

Just sharing my experience as a thanks to ozbargain for all the finds! Purchased an ipad air 32 gb yesterday, went into officeworks and got them to beat the good guys. They were selling wifi only 32gb air for 666, $2 less. Returned it this morning and went into a different officeworks to pricebeat myer and instead of getting 5% off like the first store I received 10%off the myer price of 649. Price came up to $584 for the 32gb air wifi only. Seems like the 5 and 10% off depends on stores, the customer service rep who serving me asked another if it was ok that the ipad was getting 10% off and they said it had been approved because it was the system scanning it down itself. So goodluck finding an officeworks that has 10% pricebeat!

Did anyone else managed to pm at OW? I just checked the Asus T100 on OW website it is magically back in stock again when I tried to pm a week ago over the phone they said it was discontinued and wouldn't be getting any stocks at all regardless I wanted to place a back order after the price beat price. LOL how full of s**t is OW.
OW Hervey Bay had no problem ordering in a couple of T100s from Bundaberg even after we'd asked for price match.
Mind you it's been a week and I haven't got it yet. They're a bit slow.All OW stores in WA were out of stock but the OW mobile website showed in stock. I called 1300 OFFICE was told it is a discontinued product and the OW website was wrong and i couldn't make a back order for it.
