I don't know exactly how Fishpond works their pricing system but the really cheap deals often don't last long. See chromecast deal for example. If you check again later though it might come back to the cheaper price.
Do they have r4 cartridges or similar available for 3ds yet?

Support the developers and buy the games, they aren't that expensive. We don't want to destroy the market like the poor DS.

Hehe no problems, just my personal favourites. If you like Mario & Friends games give Mario Kart and Super Mario 3D Land a go, also 1P community favourites like Pokemon X/Y and Animal Crossing.
I think waiting for $200 would be more realistic, but you never know! I got the Zelda XL gold edition for $260 and love it! (P.S. Definitely get the XL version, the bigger screen is a BIG plus!)

Most people affected by their practice no longer buy or trust them; myself included. Ideally they'll stop altogether at some point - otherwise I can't see their reputation here improving at all…
