      yeah, but somehow yesterday we were able to make a order of a FREE item + FREE delivery with FB2014 code.
      Looks like they fixed it for FB14 :) No more FREEbies.

        Yeah but people said they cancel free orders. So you get nothing. I'd rather pay $5 to make sure I actually get the items

          Did they send you the confirmation email that it was being posted? I didn't receive my pen order (paid $9 for 10 pens posted) in the time they estimated, rang them up and they offered me a refund or a re-order (with fast post).
          Took the re-order fast post. Three days later - original order turned up, followed by the second order a few days later!

          Yesterday was a different story, none, I REPEAT NONE of my orders were cancelled. I also put more orders in than usual, definitely going to have some double ups but still no kitchen sink. I believe they may have stuffed up cause someone I know was saying about a website was giving out paid Vistaprint codes including delivery for no extra but have now too changed their codes and description.

          EDIT: Also got bumped up to express ship for free otherwise they wouldn't match their SLA with an overnight post (as it takes sometimes up to 3-4 days to us even couriered)

          PS: Does anyone know how to use their tracking codes? It just doesn't look right and the courier company says no such number error.

      Log out and log back in. I've done over 70 orders and had no cart issues like that, sounds like a hiccup in the system.

          You could even have a VPA buddy who you can call when you are feeling weak cause SweetStella just posted another great VP coupon.

    Hi all,
    IS it just me, or the coupons no longer work in conjunction with the 'specials'?
    All I get is a "original price" "you pay", "you saved" total, as in it seems to work out whether the daily specials or the coupon works best, but only applies one.

    Has anyone not got their orders delivered? I ordered 10 days ago and my orders are still "in progress". Doesn't say cancelled. I paid like $2-5 each for my order and family members'.
