with really no way of knowing stock levels this is not unlike a bait and switch since you'll go in store looking for something advertised but discovering not available and buying something else…
i also noticed that the gears of war $4 special isn't available online too (it's coming up as $8)
You could just call the store ahead?
I think it's a bit unrealistic to expect a retailer selling 100s of different software products to have every item in every store, especially when dealing with second hand trade ins.
well,it's weekends sales,to be sure,head to the local EBGames and show them the advertised price

Went to Eastlands (Ringwood, VIC) EBGames, couldn't find any Halo or GoW games - plenty of FIFA at the counter though…
I got that email too. It said the Preowned Halo Reach is for $6, but I find it as $12 on their site. Is that instore only? If so, why doesn't it say on the mail?
