How many sectors between Brissie and Cairns? I get $369 for a trip to Cairns. Can't see "E-Now" anywhere. Assuming I have farked up, and $369 is the standard fare, no wonder people fly.

Kind of a bargain compared to regular prices, but a bloody joke compared to rail prices in any other major country..
There are actually some really cheap seats. I checked Gladstone to Bris and Gladstone to Cairns around the Aus day long weekend - both were $29 each way/$58 return.
Just tried Brisbane to Cairns return. It is $58…..pretty sure that's a bargain.
