had mine for about a year, works flawlessly
After my issues with wifi I read up forums and found that wifi was useless for many pple. Hardwired network over cat6 was good. This modem may not support IPV6…. only 4.
I agree, Netgear for me has been quite good. Having said that, this isn't really a deal - MSY are selling this router for $129
MSY don't post though
They say they do on their website
Not neccessarily, i had 2 Billions die on me each after about 1.5 years.
My DGND3700 i replaced them with is going along nicely. But let's not go into that any further.
The modems can be had cheaper at numerous other shops. So no deal.

Unless the description is wrong… this isn't a N600 since the data speed is only up to 300Mbps…
You are correct, 300Mbps only. Title is misleading.
I think it's how Netgear label it. Not OP's fault. 300mbps on 2.4ghz + 300mbps on 5ghz = 600mbps. So it's netgear that are dodgy.
LOL, yeah you're right.
Only Nutgear would be stupid enough to use that logic. I should sell them my car, it does 440km/h on the freeway…each wheel doing 110km/h x 4 = Bugatti Veyron! ;)
Cheaper in about 10 places. Eg Computer Alliance.
bought the dlink router pairing with my old netgear inbridge mode works a treat
AC for cheap..D-link 865L 183.50$ @ JB hifi with 100$ cashback from dlink coupled with the JB hifi vouchers 100$ mastercard x 2 deal. Very good
Syncing @ 400-500mbits around the house with my S4, galaxy note 10.1 2014, ipad air
Obsolete
Just in case if you missed this post - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/128930
$178.60 for an AC Modem Router compared to $346 in OW and $347 at HN and Jb

This (the OP's deal) is a decent modem/router. But this is not a deal. I got mine from Shoppingexpress for $93.85 delivered in June. It's well and truly an obsolete model now, so should be even cheaper.
In fact, shoppingexpress still have it for $119 (as their usual price), with storewide free shipping.
http://www.shoppingexpress.com.au/buy/netgear-dgnd3700-wirel…but I still wouldn't buy one at this point in time. I'd get something with AC wifi as per the deal jibupaul posted above.
No deal. Bought one in Brisbane shop for $119 few days ago. Returning it today. Crap as. Billion is one of the best.
