  what does he mean in the title by "Free PC download"?? We don't have to pay the $7.49?? or it is free to download? i.e. we dont need to pay to download from steam? woah !! bargain

      Only if you have unlimited downloads. Those on shaped internet plans or pre-paid it's not exactly a free download.
