  • Not sure whether these guys know much about flowers. Order roses but received lilies instead. Seriously?

    • Let me look into your order.. Please give me more details to identify it.

  • Can I have an order number mate?

    • 8360

      • Can you please check the confirmation email received from us and let me know where did you mention anything about roses?

        • There was no option to enter item name. I followed your instructions. 1 & 2.Identify item and enter #price on the "Florist Choice" page. There is only 1 item that is priced at $51. Could you not figure it out?

        • What about step 4? All the customers so far found the "customer notes" area and used it. You put an order for a florist choice, no details about it and expected red roses? We offered you the white oriental lilies bouquet valued at $55 for this $51 florist choice. I think we did our job well.

        • Right… Didn't even bother calling the customer to confirm what flowers they wanted? and you think you did your job well? You just assumed I wanted lilies. Well done. You couldn't figure out that there were only 1 item priced at $51. It aint rocket science.

        • Not to mention the quality of the wrapping and the arrangement of the flowers were substandard. Card was horrible - Cut out message pasted on card. Ozbargainer's STAY AWAY from these guys. I don't usually complain, have never left a negative vote before until now. Their service is terrible & RUDE.
