The voucher even says that you only need to show the voucher, not surrender it. So maybe show it on your phone and no need to print?
Just save it on your gallery or whatever it's called. That way you wont even need a connection.

Thanks OP- Kalamunda Red Rooster accepted the voucher image you posted no problem (used my mobile). I ended up buying some chicken dinners as well (which I had not planned on doing) so it was a good promotion for RR in my case.
Does it say you can only use it once? I know you can just reprint another one, but I want to do the right thing.

there's nothing on that voucher - barcode, names or unique codes - that would allow them to enforce once-only usage.
it also doesn't say how many transactions you can do per day/in the same store.

being garden city, i wouldnt be surprised. the franchise owners there are tightarses when it comes to freebies.
Exactly - the girl at the counter gave it to the manager and after looking at it quite dumbfounded they told me they weren't participating in the deal. I am a club red member (for what it's worth!) and used the voucher I was emailed. Sigh.
i would send a polite note to the RR and ask for clarification or give them a heads up that they have franchise not playing ball.
