      Probably wouldn't look at getting this for a christmas present unless you know they are looking for an intra-workout. If they're a "new" gym goer - probably be more beneficial looking at getting them some protein.

        Bulk Nutrients. Venom protein. Bulk Powders etc. - Protein is protein, you do not need fancy stuff. if your a beginner, focus on your diet first as these are just supplements

  Heard purple wrath was more for cutting while its counter part the white flood is more for energy, pump, focus etc.

    Theyre completely different products. White Flood is a pre workout.

      Yeah I get the itchyness from beta alanine…its not terrible though and seems to only last around half an hour.

  Thanks OP. I haven't tried Purple Wraath, but I'll give it a go; I've got a mate who will vouch for it like no-one's business. Xtend is great of course, but the beta alanine should be helpful in this supp.

  I have tried both, but I won't be ordering purple wrath again, I'll stick with Xtend when it comes to taste and mixability it's really good!
