At this price point I wouldn't bother with their shoes. You'd be better off spending twice the amount to get shoes that actually look good and will last longer than a year. Have a read through this.

I got a pair of comfortech few years ago, light, comfortable and still going strong, only need to change is the insole. As for the look, some of the style in your link is dog ugly mate. But then again eye of the beholder and all..
Duno abt ur taste but Florsheim are some of the best styles and quality on the market. I agree they can be hefty to purchase even on sale but u can do a lot worse these days with all the cheap brands online. As for lasting over a year, if u wear any shoes more than a couple times a week even 400$ shoes won't last a year. Best pair I've owned are merrel I paid 200 they lasted 4 years but they wernt a dress shoe more casual style. Rubber soles are like tyres. Eventually the tread is going to disappear. How long it lasts depends on the miles
