based on Choice dirt removal scores, Meile always is near the top of the list, but also much cheaper than others at the top. Henry on the other hand, scored the lowest.

I bought one of these on the last sales, ~$180 shipped. Good suction, I have not own something that sucks that well before, big bag, all parts seem to be solid…. It is quiet, not very quite but I wouldn't say it is noisy. The only thing I don't like the size, quite big. Also, bagged as well. If you do buy, try to buy the bags as well. ~$20aud when I bought from ebay.
I agree with junk3569, i too bought this vacuum with the last sale and have never had a vacuum that sucks so well. I had the dyson turbo years ago and sold that as it just didn't suck the axminster carpet i have……totally recommend this vacuum!!
