Even though it's a TV, it does not support the Australia DVB-T system.
Seiki are supposed to be coming to Australia next year, so will likely be a DVB-T version then.
People here buy this now as it is a cheap Ultra High resolution monitor, as it supports 3840 X 2160 pixels.

If like me you purchased the set previously from Amazon you can request that they refund the difference under their Low Price Guarantee (http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=2…). But you only get one go at it. so if the price keeps dropping you will not get another price match (unless you ask really nicely).
