Another Airasia free seats sale is on again. Sale period starts today and runs until 15th May. As far as I can see, the sale is for domestic flights within Asian countries only, bit of a bummer but might be useful for some people heading up.

Travel Period: Jan - Apr 2010

Tune Hotels is also having a 2nd birthday sale. Rooms are .02RM, which equates to $.008 AUD.
Stay period: Feb - Apr 2010

      Lol, that would be funny on a credit card statement. My parents booked a few rooms and they said you tend have 'add-ons' like the aircon and towels.

        its RM0.02 not including tax mind you. The tax is about RM10-15 per night.

      Found several fairs when looking at KL to KK. Usually Tuesday - Thursday flights.

    The sale is only for domestic flights in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. No international route included in the offer. The fares vary according to airport tax + RM 22.50 (admin fee) so the fare is from RM28.50 which is roughly AU$12. (When searching for cheapest fare, look for RM0.00 fares in the booking engine).

    There are no other associated cost with that (i.e. no credit card charge), but you may want to include luggage (15kg=RM5), or food for about RM6.

    but can anyone help me locate the special rate rooms? i'm getting rates of around 10rm - 30rm a night.
