  I got to till checkout but it said my amex is not a DJ amex.

    Yes it's a pity they do so many offers for DJs card members only. You could get a storecard to become a member, but use your BMW Amex to buy gift cards and use those to pay for the item instore if that's allowed (I don't work there so I have no idea)? Requires a bit more effort though.

    One would think that would be the case but when I went to checkout it applied the discount! So I took it and ran. Hence why I hope it's not a pricing error because it's usually only discount on full RRP.

      ok u have to tick

      the option to pay with david jones store card, but then when you pay it only gives u the option to pay with either david jones amex and or david jones store card.

    No, it sucks but they can't be used online. What I have done before is taken the receipt instore and the nice person at the register basically refunded on my card and then redid the transaction with gift cards as payment.

    You can get the bonus toolkit if you buy from other places as it is a redemption from Dyson. It has to be from a participating retailer though and I'm not sure who that includes. Best to check before you buy.

    I think it's in paper form and u need to mail it in. U can ring them up to get a copy or wait for the vacuum to be delivered and check if they put the form in the box.
