  everyone here should go out and get the last free hire and tell your friends too-a kind of mass protest, that's the only way to prove to Hoyts/Oovie that cancelling this promo is WRONG!

    Personally, I am grateful for the years of free DVDs. They have changed the pricing model now too. Only $1 for recent releases. Pretty darn fair.

      the way i see it, this free dvd promo was a great promotion for new customers, that's why i said they should be told it should come back!
      ps also with a name like tightarse i think you would be happy to see it come back!
