Their website messed up and took the payment but didn't process the order and didn't proceed to the confirmation of payment page - which is apparently where the order goes through properly.

I didn't order twice as I didn't want to get charged twice.

I emailled them and I got a response back that if I didn't get an order number then my order hasn't been processed, which I kind of expected.

Bad website design to allow payment to go through without completing the order at the same time.

I won't be ordering from COTD again for fear of a bigger messup.
