Calling them (over 2 hours) - still no resolve - they do not take CC details over the phone.
Tried going instore they dont have it in stock (IE its only discontinue-ing stock)I am in exactly the same situation. One of the 5 guys I spoke to in the 60 minutes I just spent on the phone said he has had "heaps" of calls with the same problem today. They just forward me from that 1800 number, to online sales, to prepaid sales, then back to the first number again. Currently waiting on a callback from someone… What is the problem, Store Rep?
Got thru. Razr M only available in White. Telstra are out of stock of Liquorice (ie. Black with Kevlar back).

here is what i have already done BEFORE the phone callwalked into 6 stores (around vic) - attempting to do it infront of the store person - same error
7 differrent computers (XP,vista, 7 ,Win8, Macbooks, MacPro, chromebook)
several different web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE 7-11, Opera)
Tried 4 different CCs - same errori have hit them on their FB wall as well

Had the exact same error, CBA VISA card. Tried and retried, transaction cancelled itself. Entered the whole transaction in again, tried, still no good, so tried 28 degrees mastercard, worked first time.
As for the deal, got they defy+ $99 deal a year ago, was OK at first, but got worse as time went on, couldn't even receive calls this last week it was so slow. Did a factory reset today, hopefully that will give it some life. Almost passed on the Razr deal after the factory reset, but the extra 10% sold me. 4G decent spec phone for $179 delivered is very nice, thanks for the deal Telstra.
