Edit: The note also mentions that they'll send you instructions on how to do this in an email.

It's from a restricted region so you will need to use a VPN to be able to activate it. This is against the Steam subscriber agreement and you will probably get banned so I would advise against it.

Actually you probably won't get banned, but there is always the risk.

Great prices however I didn't like the restriction of a max of 2 items in one order.
Also the code "UGRocks" didn't work of my 2 orders of which both orders were under $20
