SUPA IGA: 1/2 Price (~ $7) 2-Pack of Osram Twist Energy Saving Globe

From the current SUPA IGA catalogue. I received the catalogue in WA and I checked VIC and QLD online.

Prices vary slightly from store to store (state to state?). In WA it is advertised as 1/2 price, but my local had them for $6.95 down from $16.

It's been a long time since a decent brand of energy saver globes was heavily discounted, perhaps since they banned incandescent globes?
