I think it's way too many pots and pans taking up a lot of space. If you use a microwave to nuke, 1-2 saucepans plus a good semi deep frying pan is fine. I now have one semi large saucepan and 1 frying pan.
You will never know the enjoyment level of cooking and tasting the perfect lamb stir fry my dear friend :(
Thanks Shadow - if this is in reply to too many saucepans, I can actually cook a mean lambs fry and deviled kidneys for that matter too. But now I have learned to do things in 3 pans. If you can't cook something in 2 saucepans and 1 frying pan there's def something wrong.

You really need a wok, if your going to do stir fry - frying pan is just too shallow.
Similarly a wok is too steep for pancakes.

But I don't think cooking should be about minimalism unless your back packing. Gotta have a tangine for Moroccan dishes. Need a cast iron skillet for steaks. Plus you can be economical with your appliances and give it to the Mrs and tell her it doubles as an old fashioned iron.

I have Circulon pans at home, and have been using them for 5+ years now. Love them. They're a little heavy, but they're far better than Scanpans. This is a good deal, just not a fan of the colour.

I have this set. Colours are lovely, and cooking is great. Flavours are sealed in, and the set is generally light. The high rims are certainly different from my last set though!

I have owned these and used them exclusively for 18 months. Very good quality non-stick which has no chips or scratches in it despite heavy use. Bases haven't warped, still nice and flat. Huge fan. I payed about $250 at Harris Scarfe (this was 50% off).

I did not receive any email stating that my order could not be completed.
However I received a shipping confirmation today and for some reason the rest of my order was listed as shipped, however there was no mention of the Circulon set that I had purchased.
Instead of being charged the original amount - which paypal took out, there is a revised total of $40 odd now for the other items. Plus I have been charged $19.95 delivery instead of the $15. I too have emailed Macys to see what is going on.
Just spoke to Macys via online chat function.
They confirmed that my order will be sent over two shipments. The Circulon set will be sent a couple of days later for some reason. I asked them if I would have to pay a separate delivery charge, but they said all additional shipping costs would be incurred by Macys. So pretty happy with that.

Invoices on each shipment notification show different totals to the payment checkout but added together they equal the correct amount

How good is the non-stick? And need to check if they support induction tops. I love cooking, and the top range Tefals are the only one which I can vouch for being a good non-stick cookware.
